Description

Food supplement with magnesium - pre-portioned sticks in sherbet-powder style: the 4-in-1 complex of magnesium bisglycinate, citrate, lactate and malate delivers 250 mg of magnesium per stick (67% of the reference intake, NRV). Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Simply tear open and enjoy - no water, no shaker, with a fresh green-apple taste. Food supplements are no substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Acid: citric acid; magnesium compounds (28%: magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium lactate, magnesium malate), acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; flavourings (depending on flavour), colouring fruit and vegetable powders (depending on flavour), sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose.

Preparation

Let 1 stick (3.5 g) dissolve directly on your tongue or stir into 100-200 ml of water. One serving per day - do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children.

Tip
