Milk protein isolate as the base
Our protein base is milk protein isolate (MPI): a highly concentrated milk protein that naturally contains casein and whey protein. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass - exactly what matters during a diet phase. Our vegan line uses plant proteins instead.

Irish pasture milk, independently verified
The pasture milk for our MPI comes exclusively from Irish producers with pasture grazing - independently verified to the Irish grass-fed standard (Bord Bia): on average around 240 grazing days per year and a diet of on average 95% grass.
Applies to our milk-protein-based products. The vegan line is deliberately dairy-free - pasture milk plays no role there.

Developed & produced in-house, in small batches
Recipe development and production are in one hand - at our own facility in Kerry, Ireland, in small batches and with no contract manufacturing. The protein powder line is the house's own development - created entirely under our own roof.
How we sweeten
Our products are sweetened with a combination of steviol glycosides from stevia and sucralose - both approved sweeteners, entirely without sugar calories. The flavourings used in your flavour are listed transparently in the ingredient list on the product page and on every pack.

That's how many days per year the cows on the farms spend on pasture on average - verified to the Irish grass-fed standard.

That's the average share of grass in the dairy cows' diet - as an average over the year.
