Ingredients

Protein Milkshake Style (3 × 300 g): milk protein isolate (82%, from Irish pasture-raised milk), cocoa powder or fruit powder depending on flavour, flavourings, thickener: xanthan gum; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt; sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose. May contain traces of gluten, egg and soy.

Preparation

Per serving: mix 25 g of powder (approx. 2.5 heaped tablespoons) with 300 ml of unsweetened almond drink or water. For extra creaminess, blend with ice cubes.
